The Junior group is the perfect place for athletes who are beginners in the sport. While there is no minimum or maximum age, Junior athletes are typically between four and 12 years of age. The focus of this group is to teach the foundation of the sport in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment while adhering to our overall mission of teaching transferable life skills.
Like all of our groups, the Junior divers utilizes Dryland and Skill Level Training methods to maximize the experience for the athletes.
Dryland: In order to provide the best training environment possible, we strongly encourage at least one practice per week at this level is spent in the Dryland environment.
Competition: Athletes at these levels are eligible to compete at several local meets offered in the area throughout the year. Future Champions meets are the target meets for this group.
Commitment: This group practices on a month-to-month schedule. Athletes may add, decrease, or change practice options on a monthly basis. Athletes may choose as little as one practice per week in the gym or two practices per week in the water. Similarly, athletes may sign up for practices combining our various pools and the gym as best works for your schedule.

Two practices per week: $165/month
Three practices per week: $210/month
